Refund Policy

  • Initial Consultations: Fees for initial consultations are generally non-refundable. However, if you are not satisfied with the consultation, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to address your concerns.
  • Service Fees: For ongoing projects and services, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the work delivered, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the deliverable to discuss your concerns.
  • Revision Policy: We offer 3 rounds of revisions to ensure your satisfaction with our services. If, after these revisions, you are still not satisfied, we will consider a partial or full refund based on the specific circumstances and the amount of work completed.
  • Prepaid Packages: For prepaid service packages, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed up to the point of cancellation.

  • Client Responsibilities: Refunds may not be granted if the dissatisfaction is due to the client’s failure to provide necessary information, feedback, or materials in a timely manner.
